Before the Normal or Late Entry Closure Date
A team or team member may withdraw during this period and receive a full refund less PayPal fees.
You can add to or change the composition of teams up to the late entry closure date. After a change, the team's entry fee will be re-calculated and, where relevant, an invoice or refund issued.
After the Late Entry Closure Date
If a team or team member wishes to withdraw after late entry closure no refunds will be made unless this is because of COVID-19 symptoms, in which case you will receive a full refund less PayPal fees.
After late entry has closed, teams cannot add to the total number of team members. However, new entrants can swap in for a team member who can no longer attend. However, a whole team cannot be changed in this way! After such a change, the team's entry fee will be re-calculated, and if an increased fee is required, an invoice will be issued.
If the event has to be cancelled due to circumstances outside of RT’s control (fire risk, flood, severe weather warnings, etc), a refund will be made to the maximum extent possible after allowing for unavoidable costs incurred.
